JLL adds three senior vice presidents in Canada

JLL, a commercial real estate services firm, has hired three SVPs in its Montreal and Ottawa offices: Dominic Bonin, Gina Gallant, and Sean Robertson-Tait.

Dominic Bonin will serve as SVP for Montreal’s industrial platform. He brings over 12 years of experience in industrial leasing, property and asset management, and investment sales across Canada.

Bonin joins JLL from The Skyline Group of Companies, where he was a VP overseeing a national portfolio of industrial properties and a team of 20 real estate professionals. Before that, he was a sales representative at CBRE Canada.

Gina Gallant and Sean Robertson-Tait join the newly formed value and risk advisory platform in JLL’s Ottawa office.

Gallant will serve as a leader in the office and industrial practice groups and will oversee valuations in Eastern Canada. She brings over 20 years of experience focusing on office, industrial, and retail asset valuations. Gallant also has experience in expert witness testimony, mediation hearings, and arbitration and expropriation instructions.

She joins JLL from Altus Group, where she spent a decade and was latterly a senior director providing consulting and valuation services. Before that, Gallant was a commercial real estate appraiser at Affiliated Property Group.

Robertson-Tait will serve as a leader in the residential practice group. He has 15 years of experience focusing on consulting and valuation services for developers, investors, financial institutions, and public clients.

Robertson-Tait was previously a director and GM at Altus Group, where he spent nine years, and an appraiser and consultant at Affiliated Property Group, where he spent six years.
