S.i. Systems buys Toronto-based IT specialist HVN Solutions

S.i. Systems, a Calgary-headquartered IT staffing firm, has acquired HVN Solutions, a Toronto-based IT staffing and consulting firm.

HVN was formed in October 2022 through the combination of HireValues and Nucleo Digital. The firm has 10 employees listed on LinkedIn and provides IT direct hire and contract resourcing, executive search, and IT consulting project delivery services.

HVN has staffing solutions for engagements ranging from digital innovation and infrastructure engineering to software development and cybersecurity. The firm’s consulting team has expertise across architecture and design, cloud native development, web and mobile, API development, data and AI, and project delivery.

S.i. Systems was in November 2022 acquired by private equity firms Cornell Capital and Torquest Partners. US-based Cornell Capital has US$6 billion in assets under management and Canada-based Torquest has $5 billion in equity capital under management.
