Linely Schaefer has joined Avison Young, a commercial real estate services firm, as managing director of the Regina affiliate office. He is joined by colleagues Hali Lawrence and Brian Tiefenbach, who were agents at their prior firm SC Real Estate Ltd.

In his new role, Schaefer will focus on the Regina office’s business development, revenue growth, team building, and career development. He succeeds Dale Griesser, who after spending two decades as broker and managing director will move to a new role at Avison Young focusing on office leasing and sales.

Schaefer brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience focusing on retail and new development. He has worked with major financial institutions and large retail chains such as Tim Horton and A&W on relocations, new branches, and disposition of properties.

Schaefer most recently was an associate broker at SC Real Estate, a boutique commercial real estate firm.Linely Schaefer joins Avison Young as managing director for Regina“This is an exciting time as the Regina team expands to welcome not only Linely but also two top talents, all of whom bring in-depth knowledge of the province’s commercial real estate landscape,” said Mark Fieder, principal and president of Avison Young Canada.
