Avison Young promotes Brennan Yadlowski to managing director for Calgary
Avison Young, a commercial real estate services firm, has promoted Brennan Yadlowski to managing director (MD) of its Calgary office, effective January 1, 2024.

“While I could not be happier to hand the reigns over to Brennan and am fully confident in his future success, I am looking forward to offering something different to AY and our Calgary office,” Throndson said. “I expect to focus more on mentoring and coaching our up-and-coming talent and helping where I can to add value.”
Yadlowski has been at Avison Young since 2018, joining the firm's Edmonton location as an associate in the capital markets and mortgage practices. He later moved to Calgary to lead the mortgage team, where he currently serves as associate vice president.Yadlowski specializes in assisting owners, developers, and operators with efficiently accessing capital from the institutional/private investor, equity, and private wealth markets.
