Feigenbaum Consulting team joins KPMG Canada
Mark Feigenbaum and the nine-person team from his accounting and law firm have joined KPMG’s Toronto North office.
Feigenbaum, who founded his company in 2003 after spending six years in KPMG’s cross-border tax office, rejoins the Big Four firm as a partner. Feigenbaum and his team deliver services in tax planning, compliance and controversy, cross-border estate planning, wills, trusts, and litigation – with particular expertise working with clients in sports and entertainment.
Before initially joining KPMG Canada in 1997, Feigenbaum taught at Wilfrid Laurier University. He has also taught courses in accounting, tax, and law at York University and Toronto Metropolitan University.
Feigenbaum began his career at Paramount Pictures, where he was an internal auditor.Feigenbaum is a licensed accountant and attorney in Canadian and US jurisdictions. He holds a doctor of juridical science in international taxation from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law; a master of laws in entertainment, media, and sports law from Southwestern Law School; a juris doctor from Purdue University; and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge.
The Feigenbaum Consulting team will bolster KPMG’s cross-border legal and tax planning services, as well as its family office.
