Tabish Gill joins RSM Canada as risk consulting leader
Tabish Gill has joined RSM Canada as a partner and head of risk consulting. He is based in the mid-market accounting and consulting firm’s Toronto headquarters.
Gill brings nearly 20 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, governance, and compliance to his new role at RSM, where he will help clients across industries enhance their integrated risk management capabilities.

Gill specializes in operational risk management advisory solutions, with deep expertise in technology, cyber, resilience, and third-party risk management for clients in financial services, retail, and public sector.
He joins RSM from EY Canada, where he spent the last year-and-a-half as a partner and leader for non-financial risk advisory, financial services internal audit, and third-party risk management solutions.
Before that, he spent nearly four years at RBC, where he was managing director for global cybersecurity and technology infrastructure audit.
Earlier in his career, Gill spent 14 years at Deloitte Canada, latterly as a senior manager in operational risk advisory focusing on engagements in IT & cyber risk governance, risk management, compliance, and assurance.
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brock University and CPA, CA, CISA, CITP, and CRISC credentials.
RSM Canada’s risk consulting practice includes offerings in cybersecurity, technology risk and security transformation, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
