Rob Matty and Darcie Kajan join MNP’s Surrey office

Rob Matty and Darcie Kajan, formerly of Johnsen Archer CPAs, have joined MNP’s Surrey office as partners.

Matty and Kajan, who have both worked in the Lower Mainland and greater Vancouver region for over 20 years, join MNP’s assurance and accounting team in Surrey.

Matty has 20+ years of professional services experience, with a focus on assurance services and general business and tax planning advice. He primarily serves clients in real estate and construction, manufacturing, and financial services.

Matty previously spent nearly 14 years at Johnsen Archer, where he was a partner. Before that, he was a senior manager at Grant Thornton and an accountant at KPMG.

Matty has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trinity Western University and is a chartered professional accountant and chartered accountant.

Kajan also has 20+ years of professional services experience, with a focus on providing tax planning and business advice to clients in real estate and construction, manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, and professional services.

She previously spent nearly 14 years at Johnsen Archer, where she was a partner. Before that, Kajan was a manager at Grant Thornton.

She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from BCIT and is a chartered professional accountant and chartered accountant.
