Delta Consulting Group expands into Canada with Froese Forensic Partners deal

Delta Consulting Group, a US-based risk and disputes advisory firm, has acquired Froese Forensic Partners, a Toronto-headquartered financial investigative firm.

Froese provides expert consulting, reports, and testimony in forensic accounting and fraud investigations, financial damages, corporate investigations, digital forensics, business valuation, securities and other class actions, professional misconduct, and auditor negligence.

The firm works with law firms, corporations, and government clients. It has 11 employees, according to its website, and offices in Toronto and Calgary.

Delta’s acquisition of Froese will expand its presence into the Canadian market. The Washington, DC-headquartered firm has more than 130 employees across 14 US offices and one office in London, UK.
