Laura Benson joins change consultancy NOBL

Laura Benson has joined NOBL, a boutique organizational change consultancy, as a Canada-based principal.

Benson brings more than 20 years of experience in change management, transformation, and executive coaching. She specializes in developing and facilitating hands-on talent and executive coaching programs and creating and implementing change and transformation programs on an international scale.

Benson previously spent eight years at PwC Canada, where she was latterly a senior manager in the workforce of the future practice. In the role, she advised large companies on building innovative growth and change strategies.

Before that, Benson was a leadership coach and facilitator at Priority Management and a program manager in the organization development function of BC Liquor Distribution Branch. Earlier in her career, she was a change manager for HR process improvement at Vancouver City Savings Credit Union.

Benson has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Manitoba and a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of British Columbia.
