Heidrick & Struggles adds Luke Weaver as principal in Toronto
Heidrick & Struggles, a Chicago-headquartered executive search and HR consulting firm, has hired Luke Weaver as a Toronto-based principal in its financial services practice.
Weaver brings 15 years of search and talent acquisition experience, with a specialization in senior-level searches for investment management professionals across geographies, asset classes, and functions. He also has expertise in talent assessment, compensation, and incentives.
Weaver joins Heidrick & Struggles from CPP Investments, where he spent over six years in the talent acquisition practice. He most recently served as a managing director leading the experienced hire talent acquisition team in the Americas and Europe.
Before that, Weaver was a search consultant at Hinton Rose, Definitive Consulting, and Watling Associates.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Nottingham Trent University, UK.

Heidrick & Struggles also announced the hiring of Regis Chasse, PhD as a partner in its Washington, DC office. Chasse brings over 20 years of experience as a learning executive at multinational organizations, most recently serving as chief learning officer for CLO Advisors.
