Dempton Consulting Group buys Norton Staffing
Dempton Consulting Group, a Montreal-based digital consultancy, has acquired Norton Staffing Inc. (NSI), a St. Louis, Missouri-based information technology staffing firm.
Founded in 2011 by Christina Norton, Norton Staffing helps companies fill IT roles, including in infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity. The firm’s offerings including tailored career searches, talent management, onboarding, strategic sourcing techniques, customized benefit programs, and contract, right-to-hire, and direct-hire placement.
Norton Staffing has nine employees listed on LinkedIn and has worked with clients such as Panera Bread and Reinsurance Group of America.
Dempton’s acquisition of Norton Staffing will increase its presence and capabilities in North America. As part of the deal, Christina Norton will join Dempton as a senior consulting advisor.
