Cylad Consulting promotes Fabien Lasnaveres to partner
Cylad Consulting, a Paris-headquartered management consultancy, has promoted Fabien Lasnaveres to partner.
Based in the firm’s Montreal office since February, Lasnaveres previously spent more than six years in Cylad’s Tolouse location, where he advised clients in aerospace and defense, rail, and pharma.
Lasnaveres has more than 12 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on business transformation, project management, and operational excellence. He has functional expertise across product development, supply chain and manufacturing, customer service, and controlling.
Prior to joining Cylad, Lasnaveres spent six years at Capgemini, where he was senior consultant focusing on engagements in the aerospace and defense sector.
He has a master’s degree in information technology from Skema Business School in France.

Van Den Berg joined Cylad in 2019 to launch the firm’s Montreal office. He was previously a director at AlixPartners focusing on aerospace clients.
Cylad was founded in 2007 and has grown to more than 130 people across offices in France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, and Canada. The firm delivers strategy, operations, and organizational transformation services to industrial firms, including aerospace and defense, pharma and healthcare, energy, electronics, and transportation companies.
