Diabsolut acquires Salesforce consultancy Emelar

Diabsolut, a Montreal-based Salesforce consulting firm, has acquired Emelar, a Madison, Wisconsin-based Salesforce consultancy.

Founded in 2016, Emelar is a Salesforce Consulting Partner with a specialization in cash-price-quote (CPQ) and field service management. The firm focuses on supporting manufacturing companies and has approximately 13 people, according to LinkedIn.

Diabsolut’s acquisition of Emelar will boost the firm’s US footprint and client roster. It will also expand the firm’s capabilities in serving manufacturing clients.

The deal added approximately 25 people.

Founded in 2000, Diabsolut is a Salesforce Summit Consulting Partner and a FinancialForce Partner. The firm provides strategy, implementation, and support services for Salesforce, field service, revenue, and higher education solutions throughout North America. Diabsolut has over 100 people and offices in Montreal and Toronto, according to LinkedIn.

Diabsolut was advised on the deal by Tequity, a Toronto-based M&A consulting firm specializing in the enterprise IT sector. Tequity also previously advised Diabsolut on the Foundry52 acquisition.
