Deloitte Canada partners with contact center software firm Five9
Deloitte Canada has entered a strategic partnership with Five9, a US-based contact center software company, to provide a range of integrated client services in the Canadian market.
Under the partnership, Deloitte will feature the Five9 Intelligence Cloud Contact Center as part of its “future of service” practice, with contact center solutions and services across strategy, architecture, and implementation.
The Five9 platform features digital channels, analytics, workflow automation, workforce optimization, and practical AI to help engage contact center staff, boost productivity, and enhance customer experience.

Deloitte Canada will also invest in creating a Five9 center of excellence in Canada focused on using the Five9 platform to innovate the contact center of the future.
Based in San Ramon, California, Five9 is one of the leading contact center software providers, with more than 2,500 customers globally and 7 billion call minutes recorded annually. The firm, which is listed on the Nasdaq as FIVN, was founded in 2001 and has more than 2,100 employees. Five9 recorded Q4 2021 growth of 36% to reach a record US$173.6 million in revenue for the quarter.
