Felix Global hires Andrew Norrie as managing director in Toronto
Felix Global, a recruitment and HR consulting firm, has hired Andrew Norrie as a Toronto-based managing director in its executive search practice.
Norrie brings 25 years of executive search experience to the practice, which was launched last year.
He spent the last four years running his company Forward Path Group, an executive search and outsourced HR firm. Before that he founded and led Four Corners Group, a retained executive search and middle management recruitment firm, for a decade before selling it in 2017.
Earlier in his career, Norrie was a partner at Odgers Berndtson and Talent Builders.
He has a master’s degree in leadership from Guelph University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Trent University.
Felix Global also announced the hiring of Dana Hernan as a Chicago-based director in its executive search practice. She brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm, which advises on leadership development, outplacement, career management, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness.
“Adding Andrew and Dana to our executive search team was an easy decision,” said Jim Graham, chief executive officer of Felix Global. “Their combined experience, passion, and service-oriented outlook are key to the future success of our company.”
The firm has more than 90 people across offices in the US and Canada.
Felix Global earlier this year launched a talent and organizational performance practice.
