Bounteous expands its Toronto office footprint
Bounteous, a Chicago-headquartered digital marketing and transformation consultancy, has announced a move to a larger office space in the Globe and Mail building located just east of Toronto’s downtown core.
The firm will take up 28,414 square feet in the 17-story office tower near King and Parliament. Bounteous’ new office will incorporate state-of-the-art spaces to serve as a centralized meeting hub for team members and clients. The office will support the firm’s hybrid work model and serve as the main location for Bounteous’ 200+ employees in the GTA.
“The new office supports our continued commitment to our Canadian clients and the growth of our team, which has doubled headcount since the beginning of the pandemic,” said Mike Brown, chief client officer at Bounteous. “The Toronto team has strategically partnered to shape Bounteous into one of the industry’s leading independent digital transformation agencies, recognized for its thought leadership, strategic co-innovation client enablement model, and global award-winning culture.”
Bounteous advises on brand strategy, digital experience, customer engagement, and training. The firm’s offerings include digital and experience strategy, analytics strategy and implementation, experience design, e-commerce, digital campaigns and content, media management, and custom marketing and analytics training.
The firm’s Canadian clients include Dominos Canada, Staples Canada, and Home Hardware.
The Toronto office expansion follows office footprint growth at Bounteous’ Pittsburgh and Chicago locations. The firm added an office in San Luis Obispo, California with the November acquisition of customer experience agency Hathway, as well as an office in Chennai, India with the September acquisition of digital consultancy Lister Digital. The pair of deals collectively added approximately 750 people.
The significant bolt-ons followed a strategic investment from New Mountain Capital in August. Bounteous today has more than 1,500 professionals across the US, Canada, Mexico, and India.
