Big Bang hires Emmanuel Greciet as chief service officer
Big Bang, a Montreal-headquartered cloud consulting firm, has hired Emmanuel Greciet as chief service officer.
Greciet will join the firm’s executive leadership team and lead its professional services department. He brings more than 25 years of experience in project and people management, customer support, technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and IT architecture and Salesforce. Greciet has worked with clients across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.
“With the uplift in Big Bang’s growth in the past year, we needed to equip our leadership team with a key player capable of bringing our Professional Services team to the next level and sustaining our international positioning by supporting customers worldwide,” said Gabriel Tupula, CEO of Big Bang. “With Emmanuel joining the ranks, we are better supporting Big Bang’s largest department – the consultants who work with our ever-growing customer base.”
Greciet previously spent a decade at Accedian, a Montreal-based IT services firm focusing on performance analytics and user experience solutions, where he was director of professional & technical services. His responsibilities included planning and developing the firm’s professional and technical services for all products and solutions, as well as overseeing all IT and IS infrastructure – including Salesforce. Before that, Greciet spent seven years as director of the solutions group at Voxco, a provider of cloud and on-premises enterprise feedback management solutions. In the role, he oversaw all post-sales customer service functions, including implementation services and post-implementation support.
Earlier in his career, Greciet was a technical support manager, EMEA region, at Nortel Networks.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
“I am excited to start another chapter in my career at Big Bang because its dynamic team works with a solutions (vs product) approach that leverages many different solutions for customers," Greciet said. "Most of all, I am excited to work with and help shape the future professionals and leaders at Big Bang".
Greciet joins the company as it continues to expand amid breakneck enterprise demand for cloud consulting services. Since its founding in 2014, the firm has expanded to more than 140 professionals across offices in Montreal, Toronto, Paris, and Mauritius.
Big Bang helps clients implement cloud solutions that span enterprise resource planning, supply chain, customer relationship management, and marketing, among other areas. The firm last year launched complementary capabilities in strategic planning, training, and staff augmentation.
