PCI-Perrault Consulting rebrands to PCI Compensation Consulting
PCI-Perrault Consulting, a Montreal-based consulting firm specializing in total compensation, has rebranded to PCI Compensation Consulting.
Alongside the new brand name, the company also unveiled a new logo as well as a revamped website. PCI’s new brand colour is orange, replacing the previous emphasis on grey.
“Our new identity perfectly embodies our mission and our passion for compensation,” said Bridgit Courey, one of PCI’s four partners. “It highlights very clearly the core business that has fueled our growth over the past 20 years and that continues to be the cornerstone of our success."
The rebranding arrives a year-and-a-half after the departure of founder André Perrault, who led the firm which bore his name for nearly two decades.
PCI tapped communications firm Contractuelle for support with the rebranding effort.
“As we open a new chapter in our history, we are capitalizing on our long-standing experience and all the knowledge that we have built up, and we are looking to the future to better serve our clients, to ensure our continued growth and to provide an exciting and stimulating environment for our next generation of leaders," said Marc Chartrand, partner. "Our new identity speaks to the energy and creativity of the people at the helm of the firm today, but even more to those who will shape its future."
PCI has a team of 26 people serving clients in a range of industries. The firm’s services include total compensation strategy, benchmarks, communications, training, and outsourcing. PCI periodically conducts surveys on significant trends in compensation and provides continuously updated databases on the compensation market.
