Montreal-based Diabsolut acquires Salesforce consultancy Foundry52

Diabsolut, a Montreal-based consultancy focusing on field service management and Salesforce implementation, has acquired Foundry52, a California-based provider of Salesforce lead-to-cash consulting services.

Founded in 2006, Foundry52 helps clients in a range of industries implement various parts of the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) software suite, including CPQ & billing, sales cloud, MuleSoft, and Lightning. The company also advises on implementation of FinancialForce, a cloud ERP solution built on Salesforce’s Force.com platform.

Foundry52’s services including implementation, integration, change management, Lightning platform development, and managed services. The company is based in Campbell, California, and has more than 25 employees, according to LinkedIn.

Diabsolut’s acquisition of Foundry52 will strengthen the firm’s Salesforce offering. The transaction will also expand the company’s office footprint into the US. Diabsolut was founded in 2000 and focuses on field service management (FSM) and Salesforce consulting. FSM refers to the management of resources outside the office, including scheduling and dispatching work, managing worker activity, and integrating its management with billing and other back office functions. FSM is most commonly leveraged by organizations that need to manage installation, service, and repair of systems, such as telecom, utilities, industrial, and property management firms.

In field service, Diabsolut helps clients implement Salesforce Field Service and ClickSoftware (also Salesforce) solutions. The firm also offers advisory consulting, change management, and training services to support tech transformation efforts.

The firm’s broader Salesforce consulting offering covers sales, marketing, service, experience, and nonprofit and education-specific solutions. Diabsolut is a Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner.
