Hill+Knowlton Strategies, a public affairs and public relations consultancy, has launched several tailored offerings to help clients manage the new realities of the pandemic environment.

The company has added Knowledge+ Virtual Training, Virtual Events, Workforce Monitor, and Reputation+ to its suite of offerings. The services address a shift to virtual working, concerns over return-to-office preparations, and increasing scrutiny on corporate reputation.

"Organizations must be able to adapt quickly to meet the ever-changing demands of the post-pandemic environment," said Sheila Wisniewski, president and CEO of Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Canada. "To that end, H+K's experts in executive training, events, and data + analytics have developed innovative service offerings to help our clients successfully overcome the challenges created by COVID-19."

The company launched the virtual component of its Knowledge+ training offering earlier this year. The training combines academic knowledge with industry best practice, delivered by trainers with expertise in public and government relations, media, messaging, public speaking, and stakeholder relations. The virtual modules focus on spokesperson training (media interviews, presentations), executive coaching (leadership presence, town halls, boards), and high-stakes communications (change and crisis communications).PHOTO: Hill+Knowlton Strategies launches new services amid pandemic

The Virtual Events service combines the firm’s in-house creative studio with third-party platforms to help clients pull off digital events – including symposia, online launches, press conferences, webinars, and podcasts. The offering covers project management, content production, PR, design, concept, and execution.

The Workforce Monitor solution enables inexpensive online surveys of employees to monitor how the workforce is managing and adapting through Covid. The tool covers the issue areas of internal communications, engagement and morale, remote work, and return-to-work.

Finally, the Reputation+ solution allows companies to cost-effectively assess their public reputation. Organizations can track change over time, helping leaders gauge the effectiveness of their corporate reputation initiatives.

H+K has eight offices in Canada, as well as offices in more than 40 countries, and works with clients in a broad range of industries. It is a part of marketing, advertising, and public relations giant WPP.
