Remitter, a communications platform which optimizes receivables, has partnered with consulting firm Maxwell and Graves Solutions (M&G Solutions) to expand into the Canadian marketplace.

Founded in 2019, Remitter offers a mobile-first (text and email) communications platform to help optimize receivables in financial services, utilities, telco, and healthcare. The platform uses predictive and heuristic behavioral data to create personalized, adaptive customer experiences which improve cash flow from collections services. The platform covers creditor and first-party recovery, from one day past due until passed onto a third-party servicer.

The Remitter platform offers fast setup, automated campaigns, real-time gross remittance, and intelligent reporting. The software firm is based in Phoenix, Arizona, with an additional office in San Francisco.

Remitter’s partnership with M&G Solutions will leverage the consulting firm’s strong relationships with Canadian companies in need of Remitter’s offering, which helps lenders and business process outsourcers optimize customer engagement and maximize revenue.
