PwC promotes Sabrina Fitzgerald and Domenic Marino to national leadership roles
PwC Canada has promoted Sabrina Fitzgerald to national private company services (PCS) leader and Domenic Marino to national deals leader.
As national PCS leader, Sabrina Fitzgerald will lead a team which helps private companies digitally transform, create business value, manage risk and taxation, and plan successions. She will remain based in Ottawa.
Fitzgerald has been with PwC Canada since 2008, and has specialized in advising private companies on growth strategy, technology, and wealth planning. She has served as managing partner for the National Capital Region since 2018, and previously was the firm’s national technology sector leader. Before that, Fitzgerald was the national industrial products leader for tax, and a tax partner in the PCS segment.
Prior to joining PwC, she served as VP and CFO at Sunrise Craft and Hobby, a craft and hobby products retailer and distributor. Fitzgerald holds a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and CA, CPA, and FEA (family enterprise advisor) certifications.As national deals leader, Domenic Marino will oversee a practice which covers offerings in valuations, corporate finance, transaction services, business recovery services, capital projects and infrastructure, value creation, and forensics.
Marino has been with PwC for over 20 years, providing corporate and private equity clients with advisory work in valuations, M&A, corporate restructuring, and crisis management among other areas. He has extensive experience acting as a mediator and arbitrator in post-merger disputes.
Marino was previously the leader of PwC Canada’s forensics/disputes and crisis management practice, and a partner in valuations, forensics & disputes. He holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Toronto and CA and CBV (chartered business valuator) certifications.
