BT Windsor launches Baker Tilly Live
Baker Tilly Windsor has launched Baker Tilly Live, a suite of consulting services dedicated to building the leadership, skills, and systems required to fully optimize businesses.
The suite’s services include Active Leadership, Active Consulting, and Active Skill Training. The leadership offering uses an active listening approach to help teams connect, resolve conflict, and commit to each other to achieve desired results.
The consulting offering helps organizations implement and apply tools that create a custom formula to optimize business processes. BT Live’s skill training, meanwhile, uses innovative techniques to help clients address the specific learning needs of staff.
BT Live is headed by Joseph Heraldo, a leadership strategist who joined BT Windsor earlier this year as president.

Heraldo has deep experience building change management programs that increase revenue and streamline processes, and has supported hundreds of organizations.
He previously ran leadership consulting firm measuredlive, which he founded in 2017. Before that he founded and led consulting firm Springboard Management for 12 years. Springboard focused on helping utilities and municipalities establish, implement, and sustain health and safety systems, including OSHA and AODA standards.
Earlier in his career, Heraldo was a process improvement manager at Enwin Utilities and an information management systems superintendent at Hudbay Minerals.
