Dillon Consulting acquires F.C. O'Neill, Scriven & Assoc's
Dillon Consulting has acquired F.C. O’Neill, Scriven & Assoc’s (ONSA), a Nova Scotia–based design and engineering consultancy specializing in mechanical and electrical building sciences and fire protection engineering.
ONSA was founded in 1954 and has offices in Halifax, NS; Sydney, NS; and Moncton, NB. The company designs mechanical and electrical infrastructure for a wide variety of building types and clients, providing support from project inception to post-occupancy. The firm also offers specialty services in energy conservation, sustainable design, and fire protection engineering. ONSA has completed over 8,000 commissions since its founding.

The strategic merger completed on March 1, 2020. The move will see Scott Moore, David Parkinson, and Glen Rockett join Dillon as partners, while Trent Moore, Derek Stapleton, Jean-Pierre Savoie, Craig Hall, Michael Ramsis, and David Inglis join as associates.
